Service Description
Endurance is the body's ability to perform physical activity for a long time without fatigue. Endurance training involves performing exercises that require the body to use large amounts of energy and oxygen. Heart training is one of the components of endurance training, as the heart plays a key role in providing the body with oxygen and energy during physical activity. When we train endurance, our heart becomes stronger and more efficient, which allows it to pump more blood and oxygen to the muscles. However, endurance training is not limited to just heart training. It also involves training the respiratory system, muscles, and other body systems that work together to ensure that we are able to exercise for a long time.
