Service Description

The general course of strength training for novice athletes, the average intensity of training. In four workouts during the week, we will work out all the muscles of the body. The aim of the course is a moderate increase in high-quality dry muscle mass. This course does not focus on any muscles, the whole body is worked out harmoniously and evenly. If you want to strengthen your work on some specific muscle groups, your coach will advise you on another training course.
