Service Description

A group cycle is a type of training that is carried out on special exercise bikes called cycles. During the lesson, participants pedal under the guidance of an instructor who sets the pace and rhythm of the workout. The main purpose of group cycles is to increase endurance, strengthen the cardiovascular system and reduce weight. In addition, such training helps to improve coordination of movements and develop the strength of the leg muscles. Classes are held in groups, which creates an additional motivational effect and makes training more interesting and diverse. The instructor can change the pace and intensity of the training, as well as include elements of dance or music in the program, which makes the lesson even more exciting.
